Your verification notice
Didit processes the live camera images and any document you provide. Aimee stores the result, method, date, policy and verification references. We do not store the selfie or document images in WordPress or send them to our conversation models.
We request deletion from Didit after an automated decision. Inconclusive and unfinished checks are normally queued for deletion within 24 hours. If you explicitly request human review, the available evidence may be kept for up to seven days from the start of the check. Deletion can take longer if the provider is unavailable; failed requests are retried.
Authorised provider and organisation staff may have access according to the provider’s controls. Human review by the Aimee team is optional and must be requested below. Provider backups, audit logs and other records may have separate retention periods. See Didit’s privacy information and Aimee’s privacy notice.
Age verification is separate from your chat consent and does not change your relationship settings or guarantee a particular response.

Camera trouble, or prefer help?
If the camera is blocked, allow camera access in your browser settings and reopen the check. Try your usual Chrome or Safari browser instead of an in-app browser. If you have no webcam, use your phone or Didit’s mobile handoff when offered.
You can ask our approved team for help without emailing images. If evidence is still available, you can choose human review. If it has already been deleted, the team will explain how to start a fresh secure check.
